A collection of logos and branded material I have designed over the last few years for a variety of clients.
A bit about the process: While each logo creation varies, they all go through a similar road map, sometimes having some steps repeat as revisions are made. Logo ideation usually begins with a consultation with the client. What are they looking for? What do they hope to achieve? What’s the basis of their company or organization, and what’s their mission? From that starting point, there is research and thumbnail sketches are generated. Thumbnails are typically sketched out with paper and pencil, with the best ideas sent over to the client for feedback. As development progresses, one or two versions of the sketches are cleaned up and digitized allowing the client to get a better idea of how the logo will look in its final form. Logo designs are created mainly with Adobe Illustrator and sent over for feedback. This step repeats until a finalized version has been approved.
